Dispute Filing

We file, we follow up, you only pay if we win.

₹2,000–₹10,000 per trade30–45 days per dispute cycle

The Problem

You have a legal right to dispute anything inaccurate on your credit report. The problem is that bureaus are slow, dispute portals are unforgiving about wording and evidence, and a badly drafted dispute gets rejected as frivolous. We draft, file, track and escalate on your behalf — and you pay per trade line, not per month, so there is no incentive for us to drag it out.

This is for you if…

  • Your audit turned up errors, duplicates or unverifiable negatives
  • You filed a dispute yourself and it came back rejected
  • There are accounts on your report from identity theft
  • Old items are still showing past their reporting window

What's Included

Dispute letter drafting
Bureau filing across all relevant bureaus

Full refund if dispute doesn't resolve in your favor

How It Works

1

You approve the list

We show you exactly which trade lines we propose to dispute and what each one costs. Nothing gets filed until you say yes.

2

Drafting & evidence

Each dispute is written to the specific bureau's requirements and backed with the supporting documents that make it hard to dismiss.

3

Filing & tracking

Filed across every bureau carrying the item. Bureaus have a statutory window to respond — we track the clock and chase them.

4

Escalate or refund

If a bureau rejects it, we re-dispute or escalate. If it ultimately does not resolve in your favour, you get that trade's fee back in full.

🛡️

Our Guarantee: No Win, No Fee

If we file a dispute and it doesn't resolve in your favor, you get a full refund for that trade's fee. We only get paid when you get results.

Questions About Dispute Filing

What does 'per trade' actually mean?+

A trade line is a single account or entry on your report — one credit card, one loan, one collection. You are quoted per item we dispute, between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000 depending on complexity, rather than a recurring monthly fee.

What happens if a dispute fails?+

You receive a full refund of that trade's fee. No questions asked. That is the whole point of no win, no fee — the risk sits with us, not you.

Could disputing make things worse?+

Filing a dispute does not lower your score. In some cases an item is temporarily flagged as disputed while under review, which some lenders note, but the item itself is not penalised further.
