Creditor Negotiations

Settle smart — and get the negative removed.

Custom quote2–8 weeks depending on creditor

The Problem

Paying off a collection does not automatically remove it from your report — a settled collection can sit there for years, still hurting you. The leverage is in negotiating the reporting outcome at the same time as the amount. We handle the conversation, push for pay-for-delete or a goodwill removal where it is achievable, and get the terms in writing before any money moves.

This is for you if…

  • Collection agents are calling and you don't know your rights
  • You can afford to settle but want the negative mark gone too
  • You need a payment plan you can actually sustain
  • You want someone else to handle the phone calls

What's Included

Settlement negotiation with creditors
Pay-for-delete arrangements
Goodwill letters to creditors
Payment plan structuring
Direct communication handling

How It Works

1

Position review

We look at the age of the debt, who currently owns it, what is reportable, and where your actual leverage sits.

2

Strategy & target

We agree a realistic settlement figure and the reporting outcome we are aiming for — deletion, or at minimum 'settled in full'.

3

We negotiate

All communication runs through us. Creditors deal with a professional rather than a stressed borrower, which changes the tone of the conversation.

4

Get it in writing

Nothing is paid until the agreed terms — including the reporting outcome — are confirmed in writing. Then we verify the bureau actually updates.

🛡️

Our Guarantee: No Win, No Fee

If we file a dispute and it doesn't resolve in your favor, you get a full refund for that trade's fee. We only get paid when you get results.

Questions About Creditor Negotiations

Is pay-for-delete guaranteed?+

No, and be sceptical of anyone who says it is. Some creditors do it routinely, others refuse on principle. We tell you upfront which category yours is likely to fall into before you commit.

Do you pay the settlement for me?+

No. You always pay the creditor directly, and only after the terms are confirmed in writing. We never take custody of your settlement funds.

Will settling hurt my score?+

A settled account can score slightly lower than a paid-in-full one, which is exactly why we negotiate the reporting language rather than just the amount.
